12/5/2006 (celebrated my sis bday with pork choppers) [suprise:AMAZING RACE(from:us)]
the day we planned for so long for my sis bday, amazing race for her sweet 16!
morning we suppose to meet at 10! at far east, i reached on time ok! hl,mich come at 1040(hl told me she will be coming at 1030 so she late for 10 min lar) kp and mel come at 1050! and tj meet us at lucky plaza...coz we need photo copy machine!
i was not angry ok...too tired to be angry lar...but i wanted a mac breakfast which is $2(sausage macmuffin without egg and a cup of drink) but when we reached lucky plaza mac NO MORE BREAKFAST LAR! so i only get the points instead...
we met early to do the mrs/mr hong poster, write in the card and sash which says (front: i'm the birthday girl, back: wish me lar)
we suppose to go to our station at 1200! 12 start but we drag to 1+ and xt meet tj, the camera man...at far east...
tai jin(camera man) gave her the 1st clue!
1st bugis: mel's station, (mel explan the rules and the game to her) my sis suppose to sing the 3 bear song in the public...[present: big gabage bag to put her presents and a red packet which have $5 for her to spend in the game]Last but not least 12th raffles place stiation: mel's station, we were all at the mrt waiting for her to come and we bring her to where mel was...[present: bday cake,song and 3 cheers for her]
2nd tekka mall: kit ping's station, she suppose to take a photo with any indian person...(suppose to be ask and indian people to read what is the word, but mel forgot to ask) [present: belt]5th douby ghaut arcade: kit ping's station, suppose to shoot at least 80 balls to the bball hoop 2 trys only(she didn't get 80 for two try's too tired) [present: 3 socks]
3rd hougang mall: hui ling's station, she suppose to beg for a fries at mac (she get it so easy lar)[present: cup which have a pic of the 8 of us]9th united square: hui ling's station, suppose to wear the sash and ask 5 people to wish her "happy birthday" at toys r us (can't get 5 so min 3 pple) [present: sash]
4th kovan market: michelle's station, suppose to buy red bean and mua chi but there is no mua chi so only drink red bean..(red bean and mua chi is from a joke which she told me lar but at least she get it why we get for her red bean and mua chi) [present: curry puff]10th united square: michelle's station, suppose to play musical instrument(but there were no instrument so she have to use the holar hoop to spin for 20 time) [present: shirt]
6th cine food court: my station, suppose to do exercise in food court (she was too tired to do anything else and looked so tired like no mood ok!) :( but i asked them to rest coz yann suppose to be at bishan station but we last min changed to wisma breadtalk, after those mins of rest while getting yann to reach wisma, they felt much better [present: famous amos cookie which write "happy sweet 16th"]11th raffles shopping centre: my station, suppose to pretent she lost her contact lens and see if anyone help (this guy was so nice went to help twice lar! and his friend was sitting nxt to tj and i while we were videoing her from far we were laughing while she was doing lar) [present:card and poster that we did]
7th wisma bread talk: yann's station, suppose to ask for direction [present: baked rice for tj and my sis] (for the long trip without any breakfast or lunch)8th wisma: yann's station, suppose to ask "i lost my number can i have yours?" (but yann forgot to ask her to do, so she didn't get to do this) [present:panty]
went to ichiban at suntac for our dinner!
we record every activity she did!
every clue have a pic to the nxt station and the back of the paper with words that let her guess to that place...
she was happy! the best planned ever! other then tt one we did for hui ling's bday a video....but over all this was the best planned and present we did for her! unforgettable!
