after holiday, amber(sch restaurant) start for group 2...we were excited but scared in the same time i guess...and shit lor i'll never be aboyeur(the person who call for the food to the chef then the chef prepare), shit can! i'm angry and sad lar! coz i wanna try every section!and i'm doing 3 time rotisseur(chef tt do the roasting or grilling) which i'm quite happy with it! and 2 time garde manger(chef tt do dessert and salad), and others lar! for the whole of nxt term!
