3rd dec, mon-afternoon phase test(practical test) [on chicken gallentine and creme caramel] 4th dec, tues-afternoon phase test(practical test) [choux paste] 5th dec, wed-due date assentment for mam christine
i felt really bad when i did my creme caramel on mon! it was really a *PIAK* onto the plate! i was seriously damn sad on tt day! coz i when to steam instead of bake! SHIT LAR! and the worst was BOTH *PIAK* lar...the i did 2nd longer in the oven but steam also lar! i was really feeling hopeless on tt point lar coz i wanted to get at least a 3 for my gpa and after i see tt i was like my gpa 3 gone lar...
but everyone was consoling me...THANKS GUYS! but still felt bad lar! and i cried while i'm on the bus going home! i duno why my tears juz roll down...and i felt better after crying...HAHA! but mr leong asked me to do again today! and also i wanted to redo! oh and my chicken gallantine was ok lar...better then the one i did previously...
my chous paste today is not really cook inside! can see! suppose to be hollow like wee kiat,sam and wee wee de...but mine inside still have the starch! HAHA! but outside was brown...
ANOTHER SIAN THING IS IDIOT MAM CHRISTINE IS TEACHING US UNTIL NXT WEEK WED! it means we have no holiday until nxt thurs! WAT IS THIS MAN!!! the grp 1 is having holiday soon! tmw start?? ARHGGGG!!!! SIAN LAR!
nxt week have dinner and dance! HAHA! then holiday for genting! then after holiday amber restr operating! SO EXCITED! but the holiday this term is kinda short! but i'll enjoy! i know and i will! HAHA! painting in julz house! HAHA!
